Definition
Clinodactyly is a fixed abnormal deviation of the finger
- in the coronal plane
- typically affects middle phalanx of the fifth finger
Normal if < 10-20°

- triangular or trapezoidal shaped P2
- abnormal C shaped epiphysis / growth plate
