Most common FCU followed by ECU
Symptoms
Ulna sided wrist pain without history of trauma
Signs
Swelling over the ECU or FCU tendon sheaths
- occasional crepitation on range of motion
X-ray
Calcific deposits
Natural history
Usually self limiting and will resolve with time
Management
Splint
NSAIDS
Cortisone injections
