- lose velocity / accuracy
Develop medial pain
40% ulna nerve symptoms

- central pattern
- often increased opacity compared with bone
Ossification
- peripheral pattern
- similar density to bone


Active pre teen boy
- activity related pain
- common in high jumpers
Fragmentation / calcification of inferior pole
- repetitive traction injury where PT inserts
- tender at this point
