Probably result of intrauterine positioning / packaging defect
Oligohydraminos
Clinical
Toes touching the shin
Foot can be corrected passively to neutral
Differential diagnosis
Congenital vertical talus
- non correctable deformity
- xray
Associations
Posteromedial tibial bowing
Neurological condition / spinal dysraphism
Management
Usually resolves spontaneously in first six months
- passive stretching
- casting if necessary
